Spaghetti Party Extraordinaire

What better way to beat the Winter Blues than by hosting an impromptu dinner party with good food and great friends!
Last night I hosted my very first “Getting Over the Winter Doldrums” party.

To get a good laugh out of my guests, I spiced up my wardrobe with my black boa and jewels as my cooking attire! Not quite practical, but aprons are so 2017!

My dear friend Garrett fought me all evening to wear my boa.  I think he won, ‘cause I didn’t see it after the first hour.  He might look better than I do while wearing it!  At least he thinks so.

There’s our great chef, Keri Gallagher, who not only helped with the pasta, but added to our menu with Chicken Parmigiana, Tomatoes and Mozzarella, Garlic Bread, and home baked dessert, along with her magic touch to the food!

Chef Keri and friend Tom toasting the advent of Spring!

Toasting to our friends and spontaneous happy times! By the smiles on everyone’s faces, I think it’s safe to say the evening helped to get us through some of the grey days of Winter!  Stay tuned for my Oscar Party!
