Springtime has officially arrived! At Marilyn Rose Interiors, we believe in supporting worthy charities throughout the year, and we’re proud to lend our support to many wonderful organizations year-round.
I recently attended events for two very special organizations, and wanted to share these charities with you.
I recently attended a “Wild Party” at the Huntington Country Club – it was a great time, but not “Wild” in the Studio 54 sense!
The Wild Party was a fundraiser for Volunteers for Wildlife. Volunteers for Wildlife is dedicated to preserving Long Island’s wildlife and natural habitats. Not only do they rehabilitate sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife, but they have many education initiatives to help the public learn more about wildlife preservation. When they rehabilitate these animals, they release them back into the wild; if they’re unable to go back into the wild, Volunteers for Wildlife takes care of them. The spring is “baby season,” and when many injured animals come into the Volunteers for Wildlife facility. I urge you to learn more about this wonderful organization, and to consider donating to help them during this busy season.
