Is Working with Marilyn Rose Interiors Realistic for You?

Most people think that working with an interior designer is too expensive. However, in my many years of experience, I’ve heard so many clients tell me that they wish they had worked with me before they wasted their money and time going at it alone or with an inexperienced designer.

So how can you know how much it will cost you?

Often times clients have given me a budget and we’ve discussed whether it is realistic or not. I don’t want to begin a project where the client does not receive a wonderful product due to limited finances.

So if the budget is unrealistic for a complete room, sometimes we will create a master plan so that we can still work together in some form.

We do this by working in segments as the budget allows without compromising the look. For example, this may include going room by room or by choosing the priorities of each area and progressing from there.

As I have said, many people believe that my services are unattainable. However, this is far from the truth.

The truth is that my projects are in line with most professionals, maybe even less. With over 20 years of professional experience in the industry, I have aquired many unique designer furnishing accounts that are only accessible to the public by working with me. The benefit of working with a design professional who has access to these showrooms is that you can have unique pieces that will create a very special environment. But even more importantly, in addition to receiving access to my trade-only accounts, there is a designer discount given to me which I then extend to my clients. Without this discount, you’d be paying the retail price on all furnishings, which is much higher than working with me.

So what do you think? Is it in your reach? I think it can be and you can have all that you’ve ever wanted in a home.
